Configure Character Limits in Stay
Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure a character limit for the following input fields:
Comments
When configuring comments in Stay, users cannot enter more than 1200 characters. When entered, the following message is displayed: Enter less than 1201 characters. This character limitation is not applied to the comments received from integrations. It is applied only to comments entered in the following screens in Stay:

Policy Codes
When configuring the code for deposit, cancellation, and no-show policies, users can enter a maximum of 20 characters for the Code field. Previously, users could enter a maximum of10 characters only. The following message is displayed when users enter more than 20 characters: Enter less than 21 characters.
This limitation is not applied to policies created and sent through integrations. It is only applied to policies created from the following screens in Stay:

Room Type Name Description
When creating room types in Stay, users can enter a maximum of 2000 characters in the Name field. Previously, users could enter 64 characters only. This limitation is also applied to the room types received through the ACRS integration and the room types created from the following screen in Stay:
